Enabel - Operationalizing decent work

Frontpage

This document provides an example of how Enabel distinguishes between very decent, decent and not-decent work. Such a classification can help to assess the most pressing decent work deficits and a desired end-state or aim. In turn, this assessment helps to design a programme that focuses on one or more of these deficits with the aim of transitioning the target group from one classification to the next one, e.g., not decent to decent work.
