Stability and security of work

Stability and security of work is a dimension that allows the differentiation of workers between those whose jobs are characterized by a degree of relative permanence and reli- ability in terms of the absence of subsistence working conditions, from those whose jobs provideno expectation of a long-lasting employment relationship.
