Monitoring & Evaluation

Monitoring and evaluation section is being developed. 
- Not part of the ILO elements. Decide on where it should be situated: under cross-cutting, or outside of the pillar structure? 
Several issue with monitoring an evaluation: 
Purpose: what should the section facilitate for users? 
- General guidance and tools for measuring progress on decent work 
- Should it allow for entering data? - What does that mean? 
Issues with M&E on decent work: 
- translate Macro-level data and indicators which are connected to the ILO -elements to programme-level M&E.
